     When I finished my first day as an old Social Studies teacher in the year 2012, I thought my only challenge was getting back to the year 1984. I didn't even realize I was already in my last adventure when a strange mist began to rise from the swamp.
     In this future, most kids who grew up playing outdoors and off-screen were part of the past, but there were just two left with the skills to become the new Keepers of Time .  
    With help from a couple of old friends, some Native Americans and the Bird of Yore, the last of the off-line kids will risk it all to keep the underground railroad moving and the hope for freedom alive.
